Today Stephenson, Acquisto and Colman’s Partner and Managing Litigation Attorney, Rich Lovich testified before the Senate Commerce Committee on behalf of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM). The focus was on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and limits on using automatic dialing systems. The discussion also focused on the FCC’s application of the TCPA to new technologies and practices used since it was adopted in 1991.
