Biography
Ms. El-Haddad returned to the firm in 2022 as a litigation associate in the firm’s Southern California office. Her practice consists of complex civil litigation matters, including health care reimbursement disputes and insurance coverage issues. She represents major California health care providers in state and federal civil actions, mediations, and arbitrations against health plans, insurance companies, and government entities. Ms. El-Haddad has also represented health care providers in a myriad of healthcare disputes, including regulatory, administrative, and contractual issues.
During law school, Ms. El-Haddad externed with The Coca- Cola Company’s corporate counsel and helped counsel create uniform contracts to be used worldwide. Additionally, she participated in the National Juvenile Moot Competition and various litigation societies, including the Civil Litigation Society and the Corporate and Business Law Society. Before law school, Ms. E-Haddad taught as a middle school and high school English teacher in inner city schools in Kansas City, Missouri with Teach for America.
