SAC’s very own Co-Managing Partner Rich Lovich has been appointed to serve as a member of the Hospital Robocall Protection Group (HRPG). He was selected from a distinguished list of candidates, and his expertise will be essential to assist the HRPG in fulfilling its important mission.

As a member of the HRPG, he will represent AAHAM in helping the HRPG issue best practices regarding (1) how voice service providers can better combat unlawful robocalls made to hospitals, (2) how hospitals can better protect themselves from such calls, including by using unlawful robocall mitigation techniques, and (3) how the Federal Government and State governments can help combat such calls.
