Biography

Ms. Miller joined the firm in October 2024 as a litigation attorney in the Chicago office. She represents healthcare providers in state and federal court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations against insurance companies, heath plans, and government health insurance programs. From 2022-2024, Ms. Miller practiced complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts including issues of contract disputes, unjust enrichment, business disputes, and enforcement of settlement agreements. While attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Ms. Miller was the President of the Business Law Society, externed with the Illinois Appellate Prosecutor’s Office, and dedicated her elective studies to advanced trial advocacy and alternate dispute resolution courses.

Prior to becoming an attorney Ms. Miller had a decade long career in higher education, assisting military veterans and international students earn their graduate degrees in nursing. In her free time Ms. Miller enjoys traveling with her husband and two young children, cooking dishes from her trips around the world, and cultivating rare and exotic plants for her home and gardens.
