Biography
Mr. De Arana-Lemich joined the firm in 2023 as an associate in the firm’s Southern California office. He represents healthcare providers in arbitrations, mediations, and state and federal court proceedings against health plans, insurance companies and the government. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Stephenson, Acquisto & Colman, Mr. De Arana-Lemich worked for a civil litigation firm representing plaintiffs in matters of governmental disputes, education, personal injury, sexual assault, and breach of contract. He has also previously worked to represent public entities of all sizes. Mr. De Arana-Lemich started his legal career helping victims of California’s Wildfires recover after utility infrastructure was found to be responsible for the destruction of thousands of homes. At California Western School of Law, he led the American Constitution Society to encourage debate and discussion about constitutional issues. Through his work with the organization, he was designated a 2016 Next Generation Leader.
Mr. De Arana-Lemich enjoys reading, traveling, history, and all facets of nerdom.
